John began his career in the retail industry, eventually becoming the general manager of over 250 retail stores. Today, with decades of experience as an M&A Advisor and hundreds of closed transactions, John has an industry-leading track record for completing business sales. John in 2015 owns or has an interest in eight different businesses, including businesses in energy, automotive and manufacturing industries. John spends his weekends restoring classic cars and fishing with his wife and two children.

Kathy has a degree in business administration from the University of Montana Missoula College (formerly known as UM College of Technology). Kathy worked for over 10 years in the corporate offices of a convenience store / gas station chain and a nonprofit community hospital. She has been with PCS since the beginning and loves working with the great team she is part of. Kathy has a hand in every process and transaction that goes through PCS, and has a detailed understanding of the business transaction process. She brings her commitment to provide our clients with information on the ins and outs of buying and selling businesses. In her free time, Kathy likes to garden and hike with her husband and their two dogs.
Chad brings 30+ years of oilfield experience and contacts to the company. As a former oilfield services business owner, Chad has experience in acquisition, merging, sales to private equity, sales to middle market to include preparation, presentation, negotiation, and closing. After completing his career goals, Chad has served as an advisor for a private equity group and currently maintains ownership in three separate businesses in the Mid America to Pacific regions.
